It deals with all questions relating to the setting of Fishing opportunities for important stocks (Sole, Hake, Angler) and their respective fishing methods (Technical measures).

Discards are also dealt with mainly by this group. Finally, the environmental questions (NAtura 2000, DCSMM, etc.) are regularly discussed.
